We are looking for general assistants to participate in our office/warehouse operations and activities. Office/Warehouse assistant responsibilities include but not limited to office work, filing, storing materials, lifting 50 pounds or more, picking orders, packing orders, labeling packages, sorting, sealing packages, transporting heavy boxes from one area of the warehouse to another, TAPING PACKAGES, palletizing orders, receiving containers and offloading containers, assisting club builders and making sure club building areas are clean and dust free, breaking down boxes, throwing out daily trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning the break room, cleaning office areas, cleaning the rest room and cleaning warehouse floors and work areas.

We are somewhat flexible and willing to work around class schedules for Part-time positions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high to process future orders
  • Replenish high volume stock to be shipped to over 200+ fulfillment centers
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete daily logs into manual spreadsheets
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Assist in cleaning communal areas: restrooms/breakroom
  • Communicate and cooperate with managers, supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

  • Meticulous in data entry, record-keeping, and order verification.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to interact with supervisors, sales, and team members.
  • Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more

Training is provided. Most of the work involved is very hands on. We work under strict time deadlines. The goal is to increase efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We need someone reliable who is versatile. Looking for someone strong in time management, detail oriented, and proficient in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Monday & Tuesday availability IS MANDATORY.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and are located about 5 minutes away from the University of California, Riverside campus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
