Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
  • Unpack, inspect, count, and organize products for inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and package orders accurately and securely for shipment.
  • Handle both small parcel and palletized freight shipments.
  • Operate pallet wrapping and banding equipment.
  • Create shipping labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Assist with inventory tracking and data entry, including use of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Follows all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Safety:

  • Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
  • Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates at-risk behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with LTL freight shipments preferred.
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate shipping carrier websites
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English language

  • Functional competencies include attention to detail, teamwork, communication, accountability, and adaptability.

Anticipated base salary range: $21.15 - $26.44

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
