Distributed across Sephora, Amazon, DTC, international markets and specialty retail, the company is at an important stage of operational and organizational evolution as it continues scaling across channels and geographies.<br>We are seeking a highly hands-on VP Finance to help strengthen the company’s financial foundation, improve forecasting rigor and support scalable long-term growth.<br>This is a high-impact leadership role for a pragmatic finance operator who thrives in fast-paced founder-led environments and is energized by solving complex business and financial challenges.</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Position Summary</span><br>Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the VP Finance will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, accounting oversight, cash flow management and financial infrastructure.<br>This role requires a highly analytical and execution-oriented finance leader who can operate strategically while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day financial management of the business.<br>The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A and operational finance expertise with experience supporting multi-channel consumer brands across wholesale, Amazon and DTC environments.</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span><br>• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes<br>• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization<br>• Support lender compliance, reporting requirements and financial operations related to the company’s ABL facility<br>• Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll coordination, tax support and audit preparation<br>• Develop reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making<br>• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational decisions<br>• Support board materials, investor reporting and financing-related initiatives<br>• Partner closely with leadership on pricing, margin analysis, inventory planning and business performance<br>• Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial discipline across the organization<br>• Help build scalable financial systems, processes and controls to support future growth</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership</span><br>• Serve as a key financial partner to the Founder & CEO and leadership team<br>• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization over time<br>• Drive accountability, execution discipline and cross-functional alignment across departments<br>• Support a fast-moving, collaborative and solution-oriented company culture</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Qualifications</span><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Required:</span><br>• 10+ years of finance and/or FP&A experience within consumer products, beauty, wellness or CPG<br>• Experience operating within high-growth, founder-led environments<br>• Strong understanding of FP&A, cash flow management, working capital and operational finance<br>• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses across wholesale, Amazon and DTC<br>• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills<br>• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Preferred:</span><br>• Beauty, skincare or personal care industry experience<br>• Experience managing through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation or organizational scaling<br>• MBA, CPA or equivalent financial background<br>• Experience with inventory-intensive consumer businesses and lender-managed environments</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">What Success Looks Like</span><br>• Improved forecasting accuracy and financial visibility across the business<br>• Strong cash flow discipline and improved working capital management<br>• Increased confidence and rigor across financial reporting and planning<br>• Scalable financial infrastructure capable of supporting continued multi-channel growth<br>• A highly accountable, solutions-oriented finance organization</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Compensation & Benefits</span><br>• Competitive base salary + performance bonus + equity opportunity<br>• Medical, dental and vision benefits<br>• 401(k)<br>• Remote work environment<br>• Product allowance and employee discount<br>• Opportunity to help shape the next stage of growth for a leading prestige skincare brand<br></p>
