<p><strong>VMware NSX Architect </strong><br><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Up to 2 Year Contract<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> W2 Employment Only<br><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Full Time W2 Remote Work <br><strong>Require Minimum Certification:</strong>  <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization (VCP-NV)</strong></span> <br> </p><h2><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></h2><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Our client is seeking a <strong>VMware NSX Architect</strong> with a minimum of <strong>5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying VMware NSX solutions in Enterprise environments</strong>. This individual must have a proven track record of creating <strong>Low Level Designs</strong> and then deploying the designed solution in production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across VMware networking, virtualization, and security technologies, with the ability to move from architecture and design into hands-on implementation.</span></p><h2><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design, architect, and deploy VMware NSX solutions in complex Enterprise environments</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Develop detailed Low Level Design documentation for VMware NSX implementations</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Translate business, technical, operational, and security requirements into scalable NSX architectures</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Lead or directly execute NSX deployments, including installation, configuration, integration, validation, testing, and production cutover</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Implement and support key NSX capabilities including logical switching, routing, distributed firewall, microsegmentation, edge services, and segmentation policies</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Work closely with infrastructure, security, network, and virtualization teams to ensure successful solution delivery</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Create implementation plans, migration runbooks, as built documentation, and operational handoff materials</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Troubleshoot complex issues across NSX, VMware, routing, switching, and security domains</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Support post-deployment stabilization, knowledge transfer, and transition to operations teams</span></li></ul><h2><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Minimum <strong>5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying VMware NSX</strong>, including <strong>NSX-T / modern NSX platforms</strong>, in Enterprise environments</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven experience creating <strong>Low Level Designs</strong> for VMware NSX solutions</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven experience deploying VMware NSX based on approved design documentation in production Enterprise environments</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong experience with <strong>VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of data center networking, routing, switching, segmentation, and security architecture</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with <strong>NSX Distributed Firewall</strong> and <strong>microsegmentation</strong> design and implementation</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with <strong>NSX Edge, Tier-0 and Tier-1 gateways, NAT, and routing services</strong></span></li><li><span
