In this role, you’ll help improve sales efficiency by researching, building, and maintaining high-quality, pre-qualified lead lists so our Business Development Managers (BDMs) can focus on selling.</p> <p><br></p> <p>This is a <span style="font-weight: bold">3-month contract role</span>, with the potential to transition into a long-term or permanent position based on performance and business needs.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Research and build targeted lead lists using tools such as <span style="font-weight: bold">Google Search, Apollo.io, LinkedIn</span>, and other approved platforms</li> <li>Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria including business type, location, size, and relevance to <span style="font-weight: bold">BoxBrownie.com</span> services</li> <li>Research prospects in <span style="font-weight: bold">BB Admin</span> to identify existing or past customers and assess engagement levels and spend history</li> <li>Upload, manage, and maintain lead lists in <span style="font-weight: bold">BB Admin</span> to support tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across all lead and customer records</li> <li>Identify data gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies and flag them for review</li> <li>Support BDMs with ad hoc sales administration and research tasks as required</li> <li>Follow internal processes, data handling guidelines, and privacy requirements</li> <li>Communicate clearly with the BDM team regarding progress, priorities, and any blockers</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p>If this sounds like you, apply now.
