We're hiring an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and daily operations. If you're a self-starter with great multitasking skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management
  • Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
  • Conduct research and compile reports as requested by management
  • Manage and organize digital files, records, and databases
  • Assist with patient communication and follow-up as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of virtual assistant or administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
  • Healthcare or medical administrative experience is a plus
