Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. </i></b></p><p></p><p>Labcorp is seeking a REMOTE <b>User Acceptance Testing Analyst (UAT) </b>to join our team!</p><p></p><p>Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm <b>EST</b></p><p><b>REMOTE</b> : Applicants who live within a commutable distance of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility</p><p></p><p><b>HYBRID -UAT Analyst III</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Analyzes and evaluates complex billing system enhancement projects and testing assignments.  Possesses and /or assertively obtains the knowledge and experience required to validate complex enhancements to identify and measure process impacts, financial implications, and technical applications.</li><li>Participate in requirement sessions with business operations and IT team to define and document business requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues for resolution.</li><li>Maintain a log of data tested that displays the number of passes, fails, and defects identified.</li><li>Determine each type of defect along with severity and frequency.</li><li>Create and execute User Acceptance test plans that integrates business, functional, and technical components.</li><li>Confirm requirements based upon the project.</li><li>Conduct end-to-end integration testing and assure software delivered meets requirements and expectations.</li><li>Document test results and review with business end users for approval.</li><li>Create and present Test Strategies and Test Summaries.</li><li>Utilize system tools and resources to conduct data analysis and system validation related to assigned projects.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of user documentation, perform demos and training for system enhancements.</li><li>Propose recommendations which may include compiling, analyzing, and evaluating data.</li><li>Pro-actively identify potential roadblocks, analyze, and propose solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with Business Analyst and Software Developer frequently for requirements and issues clarification.</li><li>Act as a voice for the business users when vetting issues with IT</li><li>Coordinate tasks associated with large projects involving multiple analysts.</li><li>Create test strategies and test summaries for major system releases.</li><li>Responsible for leading meetings and taking the lead on Release and Status meeting calls in the absence of management.</li><li>Propose recommendations which may include compiling, analyzing, and evaluating data on standardization and protocols of methodology.</li><li>Coordinates the implementation of the <u><span>new methodologies</span></u> for large projects/releases across multiple platforms (systems and applications).</li><li>Work independently with little guidance from management.</li><li>Create and maintain departmental Guidelines.</li><li>Reaches out to analysts who may have roadblocks, i.e., data requirements, etc.</li><li>Work as a Project/Release Leader.</li><li>Team Leader – Lead other Billing Test System Analyst and will training and mentoring as required.</li><li>Reviews test plans and test strategies for approval.</li><li>Peer review test plans before sending for approval.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent w/6 years of User Acceptance Testing and System Validation or Associate degree with 8 years of same experience or HS diploma or GED with 10 years of same experience required</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>6+ years understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in the Health Care industry, including HIPAA</li><li>5+ years knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel)</li><li>3+ yeas Web testing using JSON</li><li>3+ years EDI X12 Transaction Set experience</li><li>4+ years experience working with defect tracking tools, i.e. JIRA, HEAT, and SBM, Hospital and HL7.</li><li>4+ years processing map (flowchart) current and future state software changes</li><li>3+ years working experience in UAT testing utilizing various testing techniques, methodologies, tools (Selenium, QC ALM, SQL and database queries)</li><li>3+ years knowledge of Core LabCorp systems</li></ul><p></p><p><span>The UAT Analyst III serves as a senior testing resource and subject‑matter expert, leading complex User Acceptance Testing initiatives and ensuring business readiness for highly visible, high‑risk system implementations.
