Mission

Be the strategist’s operating system. Keep work moving, close gaps, and document how we win so the pod can scale. Your work ensures clarity, momentum, and quality in every campaign — freeing strategists to think and lead while the pod executes with precision and flow.

Within a 90–120 day ramp, you’ll be ready to take partial ownership of campaigns and client communications with confidence.

The Role

As an Associate Strategist, you’re the connective tissue of the pod where clarity meets action. You turn strategy into motion, help maintain our command centers, and ensure every moving part flows smoothly from planning to execution.

You’ll be deeply embedded in the rhythm of the work: running daily operations, anticipating needs before they’re spoken, and documenting the playbook as we go.

Your craft is flow, the ability to keep people, systems, and priorities aligned so that every campaign lands cleanly and every win is repeatable.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating order, and takes pride in making teams look and feel more capable than before.

What You’ll Own

1. Program Management & Pod Operations

  • Maintain the Command Center daily — updating task status, owners, and next steps.
  • Prioritize and sequence deliverables so campaigns move forward without friction.
  • Run a daily Hot List of blockers and ensure each one has an owner and ETA.
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

2. Meeting Operations & Communication

  • Prep meeting agendas, capture structured notes, and summarize decisions + follow-ups.
  • Publish clear daily EOD summaries (3 wins, 3 risks, 3 next actions).
  • Support client standups and internal calls when strategist coverage is needed.

3. Documentation & SOPs

  • Translate strategist frameworks and workflows into clear, reusable SOPs.
  • Maintain a monthly SOP change log and archive outdated versions.
  • Identify repeatable processes and document them to support scale.

4. Creator & Campaign Support

  • Maintain the creator pipeline — track stages, sampling status, Spark Code progress, and GMV.
  • Prepare creator briefs, message drafts, and campaign one-pagers.
  • Coordinate listings, PIDs, and sample logistics with virtual admins and ops.
  • Step into short-term strategist coverage during spikes or absences, maintaining the integrity of approved strategy and budget.

5. Reporting & Scorecards

  • Update weekly dashboards (Shop, Ads, Creator).
  • Report key performance notes — wins, risks, and next actions.
  • Surface insights that help the pod and strategist make smarter decisions.

Your Rhythm

  • Daily: Command Center hygiene, EOD summaries, resolve blockers.
  • Weekly: Retro + priorities with strategist, creator/content board updates, ad snapshot (spend, ROAS, top creatives).
  • Monthly: SOP reviews and documentation updates.

Decision Rights

  • Prioritize pod sprints and task sequencing within approved strategy.
  • Adjust timelines by up to 3 business days to maintain flow (escalate if strategic).
  • Communicate directly with clients for recaps or updates; escalate anything tied to scope, budget, or strategy.

Tools & Access

  • Partner
  • Seller Center (Editor)
  • Affiliate Center
  • Ads Manager (Read-Only)
  • Command Center (Notion / Monday / Airtable / Sheets)
  • Slack + Google Drive
  • Lark
  • WhatsApp

You’ll have access to the tools needed to track progress, document updates, and coordinate across teams. Major strategic or budgetary decisions remain with the Strategist.

Key Metrics for Success

  • Pod execution rate 90% (on-time vs. committed tasks)
  • Error rate 5% (issues requiring rework)
  • Creator pipeline SLAs met: samples approved within 4 days; Spark Codes requested within 2 days.
  • Reporting timeliness: weekly reports posted by Tuesday 12:00 PM PT.
  • Shop health: Hero PID checklist completed weekly; 0 missed promo eligibility due to listing issues.

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Communicate proactively and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Find satisfaction in helping others operate at their best.
  • Value excellence that’s calm, not chaotic.
  • See work as a craft — and care about doing it well.

Growth Path

This role is a launchpad. Associate Strategists who show ownership, systems thinking, and strong communication can advance toward full Strategist roles.

Promotion readiness: demonstrated by leading one campaign end-to-end, documenting one SOP or automation adopted by the pod, and maintaining consistent reporting excellence for two consecutive months.

Why This Role Matters

  • Our creators and brands depend on reliability and rhythm.
  • The Associate Strategist ensures that every moving part — from listings to
  • creators to campaigns — flows in sync.
  • Your presence creates calm in complexity and keeps the team moving with
  • purpose, precision, and trust.

We thank all candidates for applying, however, only successful candidates will be contacted.
