The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for leading and executing the development of therapies and related processes.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in a therapy development role. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing therapy plans and processes is a must. A background in medical device development is highly desirable. The role requires a confident and professional attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
