No importa cuál sea tu función, serás parte de un equipo que está construyendo el futuro de la agricultura, resolviendo los problemas alimentarios del mundo a través de la innovación, la tecnología y anteponiendo a las personas.</div><div>Tienes la oportunidad de unirte a nuestro Equipo Comercial de Semillas como<b> Territory Account Manager </b>para los estados de <b>Jalisco, Colima y Michoacán (México).</b></div><div>El Territory Account Manager será el primer contacto de la compañía ante los distribuidores, responsable de garantizar las expectativas de venta, la correcta administración de las cuentas en el territorio asignado, así como actividades de generación de demanda referente al portafolio de semillas de la Region.</div><div><b>Responsabilidades:</b></div><ul><li>Mantener comunicación directa con la cadena involucrada - Agencia / Representantes / Agricultores para atender cualquier necesidad del negocio - a través del seguimiento de órdenes de compra, plazos de entrega en surtimiento de productos, devoluciones, descuentos, promociones, aplicación de notas de crédito y notas de cargo.</li><li>Sell out.</li><li>Liderar actividades de generación de demanda.</li><li>Gestionar notas de crédito / débitos correspondientes derivadas del cumplimiento de programas de incentivos, ajustes comerciales, etc.</li><li>Apoyar al área de crédito en el seguimiento de las líneas de crédito y cobranza.</li><li>Dar seguimiento puntual al forecast ó pronóstico de ventas por hibrido.</li><li>Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de ventas de Corteva con sus partners asignados.</li><li>Informar a la Agencia y Representantes independientes sobre las condiciones comerciales autorizadas.</li><li>Monitorear el plan de volumen por Representante de agencia e independientes, informando puntualmente sobre el avance del mismo con la finalidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas acordadas.</li><li>Actualizar de manera mensual el Forecast.</li><li>Brindar soporte con CSR y crédito para todo lo relacionado al negocio.</li><li>Asignar Units por hibrido entre sus Representantes asignados.</li><li>Mantener la atención periódica con los principales productores de la zona.</li></ul><div><b>Requisitos:</b></div><ul><li>Profesional de la carrera de Ingeniería Agronómica</li><li>Conocimiento de la zona y el mercado: Cultivo de maíz, superficies, inversión por hectárea, conocimiento de la competencia</li><li>Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales similares</li><li>Nivel de inglés intermedio</li><li>Residencia en Guadalajara, México</li><li>Se valorará a quienes se destaquen por sus habilidades comunicacionales, de relacionamiento, negociación y gestión de equipos de trabajo.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
