The Details: Pay: $ 23.48 per hour Shifts: Be open to any shift! We operate across three shifts: 1st: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM What You’ll Do: Support Production: Assist with product sorting and quality inspections (HFI). Maintain Excellence: Keep our facility safe and efficient through various clean-up tasks. Team Support: Tackle other duties as assigned by the management team. What You Bring to the Table: Safety & Teamwork: You prioritize a safe work environment, consistently wear all required PPE, and bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the floor. Core Skills: Ability to read/comprehend directions and communicate effectively in English. Math Savvy: Comfortable with basic math, including decimals and fractions. Reliability: You are ready to work hard and stay active in a high-energy, fast-paced manufacturing setting. Punctuality is Key: We rely on our team to keep production moving. We need candidates who are highly dependable, arrive on time for every shift, and maintain an excellent attendance record. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Ability: Comfortable pushing, pulling, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly. Screening: Must successfully pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
