Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, patient-centered Telehealth Providers to deliver high-quality urgent care and primary care services to patients across multiple states. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and are comfortable providing care in a primarily synchronous (video/phone) environment, with occasional asynchronous coverage as needed.

Providers must be available for evening and weekend coverage and commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Coverage & Scheduling Requirements

Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week

Preferred availability: Evenings and weekends

Flexible scheduling within clinical hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual urgent care and primary care services via telehealth.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging as clinically appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong clinical judgment.
  • Accurately document encounters in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in asynchronous care workflows as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted NP or Physician license in multiple U.S. states.
  • Board Certification in Family practice.
  • Ability and willingness to provide multi-state coverage (additional licensure a plus).
  • Minimum 15 hours/week availability.
  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or telehealth.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with virtual care delivery.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for telehealth visit.
