You'll use geospatial data and large-scale datasets to identify high-opportunity areas for infrastructure growth, but more importantly, you'll know how to turn that analysis into a compelling story that drives investment decisions at the leadership level.<br><br>This is a high-visibility position within the engineering organization, working directly alongside planning, strategy, and executive teams.
