Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Voice Process:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance on various queries and issues.
    • Offer customer support with high accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to appropriate departments when needed.
    • Achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Non-Voice Process:

    • Process data and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Perform back-office support tasks, including document management, data entry, and email correspondence.
    • Analyze data for trends, generate reports, and assist in troubleshooting customer issues.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for Voice Process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for Non-Voice Process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of the industry (for Non-Voice Process candidates).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
