You will build strong stakeholder relationships, advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, and help attract top talent that supports our business strategy.<br> </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys working in an international environment, navigating different markets, and partnering with diverse teams while making a tangible impact on business growth across the region.<br> </p><p><b>What you'll do</b></p><p>As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support talent attraction initiatives across the business. In practice, that means:</p><ul><li><p>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings through offer management and onboarding coordination</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers across the UK businesses in Ashbourne and Belfast to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies</p></li><li><p>Support recruitment activities across other EMEA countries when required</p></li><li><p>Source and engage active and passive candidates through a variety of channels</p></li><li><p>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Assess candidates and support objective, data-driven hiring decisions</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</p></li><li><p>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</p></li><li><p>Monitor recruitment activity and provide insights through talent acquisition metrics and reporting</p></li><li><p>Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes</p></li><li><p>Promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices</p></li><li><p>Participate in Talent Acquisition continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and guidance throughout the recruitment process<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>Who we're looking for</b></p><p>We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working independently, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes in an international environment.<br>You'll also need:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within an international or matrix organisation</p></li><li><p>Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries, partnering directly with hiring managers</p></li><li><p>Experience recruiting a variety of professional, technical, and operational roles</p></li><li><p>Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English</p></li><li><p>Key soft skills include strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, business partnership, adaptability, resilience, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>Location & Details</b></p><ul><li><p>Location: United Kingdom</p></li><li><p>Work model: Remote</p></li><li><p>Contract: Fixed term (12 months maternity leave cover)</p></li><li><p>Travel: Very occasional travel to Ashbourne and other EMEA locations may be required<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>What you’ll receive</b></p><ul><li><p>25 days of holiday per calendar year based on full-time working hours, plus 8 UK bank holidays</p></li><li><p>Training and development opportunities</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow within a global organisation<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>How and why to find out more</b></p><p>We offer a role where you can build your experience in pricing and data-driven operations while contributing to business efficiency and customer service.
