ABOUT THE ROLE
Revolut is looking to grow its Supplier Management team and has various open positions (Junior, Mid and Senior Manager grade). In this role, you will work cross-functionally to oversee the operational performance of Revolut’s most critical third parties. You will partner with the business to drive efficiency and maintain strong controls for third party management as we expand into new territories and build new products.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Take responsibility for the enhancing and implementation the supplier monitoring framework and system
• Collaborate with product and business owners to standardise and agree third party performance goals and metrics
• Oversee and manage third party operational performance by leading weekly, monthly or quarterly business reviews
• Ensure quality assurance via automated monitoring of third party SLAs and KPIs to achieve maximum productivity and value
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts where third party performance does not meet Revolut’s requirements
• Drive continuous evolution of all TPRM processes, and work with banking entities to ensure compliance with Banking regulations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Experience supporting a Procurement or Third Party Risk Management function in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services
• Experience managing business and supplier relationships to agree and achieve SLAs and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically to drive value from third party engagements
• You thrive in building and nurturing high performing teams
• Experience in dealing with global stakeholders both internally and externally
• Analytical; You can break complex problems into smaller ones
NICE TO HAVES:
• You use a highly analytical approach to break down complex problems and thrive on utilising data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python and Excel
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (PRA or EBA) for third party risk management
