<div class="container-3Gm1a"><p><span>The Strategy Senior Analyst is a seasoned data analytics and stakeholder management professional within the Site Research & Analytic (SRA) team within Resource & Location Planning (RLP). RLP and SRA are responsible for the firm’s location strategy recommendations and evaluating location insights that will enable Citi businesses to develop actionable strategies to optimize its global presence. This role will participate and execute SRA engagements, which may include: interaction with businesses to understand business requirements, leading primary and secondary research, conducting data analysis, evaluating findings and developing site recommendations, and overall program management. Relationship management with key senior stakeholders / partners is essential. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.</span></p><p><br><span><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></span></p><ul><li><span>Participate in business discussions to understand their location needs focused on talent, cost and scalability as well as understanding strategy drivers</span></li><li><span>Collaborate and build relationships with leaders, business partners and peers to offer guidance on location recommendations</span></li><li><span>Stay abreast on industry talent, BPO, and competitor trends and intelligence and translate to strategic insights</span></li><li><span>Complete independent research through multiple resources in order to conduct comparative analysis of locations</span></li><li><span>Lead and conduct data analysis using business requirements coupled with internal data and independent research to recommend locations</span></li><li><span>Ensure consistency and accuracy of data and insights. Synthesize data and research into management presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel to organize the findings and insight and showcase innovative data visualization techniques that enable key stakeholders to understand strategic locations better, and more efficiently</span></li><li><span>Assist with presentation creation and data gathering for ad-hoc requests for senior stakeholders, including Monthly Operating Review reporting (MOR) and Citi Solution Centers Network strategic presentations</span></li></ul><p><br><span><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></span></p><ul><li><span>4+ years experience</span></li><li><span>Highly analytical and proven expertise in analyzing data and identifying data sources</span></li><li><span>Prior experience with site research and market data to evaluate talent, competitor footprint and operating practices</span></li><li><span>Strong Excel skills, understanding of analytics, deductive reasoning and the ability to analyze large sets of data</span></li><li><span>Skilled at articulating a business problem and context, defining analysis objectives/plan, and providing simple and compelling business recommendations</span></li><li><span>Understands how to leverage different internal and external sources of data</span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail and with a focus on data integrity and quality control</span></li><li><span>Strong presentation skills.
