The role focuses on translating strategic intent into executable initiatives, ensuring alignment with long‑term business priorities, and delivering sustainable value. A strong leader of teams with a hands on background within Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or Programming and a strong motivation to deliver would be ideally suited to this vacancy and could really thrive within an organisation such as Eaton.  </span></p><p><span style="">The role operates across functions, regions, or business units, working closely with senior leaders, functional owners, and external partners to ensure disciplined execution, effective governance, and measurable outcomes.
