You will partner cross-functionally across Consumer Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Operations, and GTM teams to ship AI-powered products that drive measurable impact for users and the business.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; background-color: transparent;">Role Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li class="">Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fetch’s AI-powered consumer experiences and internal automation.</li><li class="">Build and launch personalized AI features that improve engagement, retention, and monetization.</li><li class="">Create seamless conversational experiences by combining multiple AI capabilities into a unified product.</li><li class="">Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data to define and deliver intuitive AI user experiences.</li><li class="">Establish evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and monitoring systems to ensure reliable, high-performing AI products.</li><li class="">Lead experimentation across AI features, using testing and insights to improve user and business outcomes.</li><li class="">Define the strategy and execution for AI-driven workflow automation across key business functions.</li><li class="">Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities where AI agents can improve speed, quality, and scale.</li><li class="">Design end-to-end workflows that integrate AI agents with human decision-making, clear handoffs, and feedback loops.</li><li class="">Partner cross-functionally to deploy agent-based solutions across internal tools, systems, and platforms.</li><li class="">Continuously improve AI performance through experimentation, prompt refinement, model iteration, and data enhancements.</li><li class="">Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders across the company.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum qualifications</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">5+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful time spent on consumer-facing products at scale or platform/AI/ML products.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features to end users — recommendations, personalization, conversational AI, or similar.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities, with a track record of identifying and optimizing complex workflows.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Technical fluency and comfort working with APIs, CLIs, data systems, developer tools, and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agents, evaluation frameworks).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product strategies and executable plans.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and driving measurable outcomes.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where problem spaces are not yet fully defined.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent;
