This role combines hands-on systems engineering with cross-business enablement, acting as a technical integrator, enterprise reviewer, and catalyst for innovation across Agilent product lines.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Product Lifecycle Enablement</b></p><ul><li><p>Contribute to acceleration of the Product Lifecycle (PLC) by applying and reinforcing enterprise systems engineering best practices across business units.</p></li><li><p>Partner with engineering teams and leaders within each business unit to understand product strategies, development challenges, and execution bottlenecks.</p></li><li><p>Support adoption of standardized lifecycle frameworks, requirements practices, and V&V approaches while preserving necessary product-specific flexibility.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Enterprise Systems & Architecture Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as an enterprise systems engineer, participating in architectural reviews and design decisions across product lines.</p></li><li><p>Support modular architecture adoption through requirements reuse, interface definition, and verification evidence leverage.</p></li><li><p>Assist in analyzing existing architectures and modules to identify reuse, simplification, or redesign opportunities that improve quality, reduce cost, and ease design transfer to manufacturing.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Innovation & AI-enabled Engineering Practices</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to pilot AI-enabled process improvements across product development (e.g., requirements reuse, V&V evidence mining, design insights).</p></li><li><p>Help ignite innovation by sharing best practices, emerging technologies, and systems thinking across engineering communities.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline.
