You should be a person who thrives in a diverse environment and who is comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Under general supervision and some direct guidance, performs assignments requiring SAP Material and government property experience, along with knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies in the USG DFARS 252.242-7004, FAR 52.245-1 Material related requirements for contractors.</p></li><li><p>Maintains current knowledge of the MMAS Standards described in DFAR 252.242-7004, the Aerospace MMAS System Description Manual, and other Aerospace and site command media.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing the Aero MMAS MOS, including monthly metric scorecard review, Root cause / corrective action (RCCA) status review, and compliance deficiency reporting.</p></li><li><p>Follow-up with the Lead MMAS Compliance Analyst and site MMAS POCs to monitor supporting MMAS business systems and company-wide processes for Aerospace policy and FAR compliance.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the development of draft revisions to Aerospace MMAS command media and MMAS program management procedures and develop summary reports of site MMAS key metrics performance status.</p></li><li><p>Interface with other Aerospace and site business functions (Materials Management, Planning, Finance, Quality, etc.) for MMAS related support and guidance</p></li><li><p>Support Program projects regarding Contract Closeout and Excess/Relief of Stewardship.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a tracking list of all US Government MMAS requests to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and archive of documentation of information supplied to DCAA.</p></li><li><p>Assist with conducting quality reviews of Aero segment/site MMAS processes and control plans with transaction testing, and analyze process data for potential risks, deficiencies and RCCAs</p></li><li><p>Performs periodic customer contract reviews to identify Aero sites with FAR MMAS compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Facilitates site biennial MMAS self-assessment cycle - notification, scheduling, on-site participation, remediation plan development, assessment reporting, action completion validation with Lead MMAS Compliance Analyst direction.</p></li><li><p>Improves site self-assessment on-line collaboration templates, procedures, and other supporting process documentation.</p></li><li><p>Aggregates and maintains standardized on-time MMAS metrics reporting for all applicable MMAS sites in responsible segment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable confidence and well-developed communication style, both written and spoken, that establishes credibility.</p></li><li><p>Interfacing with other DFAR business systems, material management personnel, program managers, Finance, project managers and other organizations regarding MMAS requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provides Aero, segment, and site level MMAS Subject Matter Expert and Program Management administrative support for all MMAS compliance activities.</p></li><li><p>Review, analyze, and submit Government Property Loss Reports; evaluate investigation findings and determine root cause with actionable corrective measures to prevent recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead cross functional meetings with internal and external organizations.</p></li><li><p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications </b></p><ul><li><p>U.S. citizenship.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFAR, and DCAA Compliance audit standards (per DFARS 252.242-7004). </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, reporting and interactions, most specifically SAP.</p></li><li><p>Experience utilizing continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>APICS certification a plus</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Visio</p></li><li><p>NPMA Certification</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) as specified in DFARS 252.242-7004.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>KBR Benefits</b></p><p>KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
