for owning the design, delivery, and maintenance of People and Culture (P&C) reporting and business analysis.  This role serves as the subject-matter expert on workforce data—driving reporting strategy, ensuring data integrity across P&C systems, and providing consultative guidance to senior leaders that shapes how the organization makes people decisions.  As a senior team member, you will partner cross-functionally with business analysts and operational leaders across Softchoice to combine people data with business performance data, turning insight into action.  You will lead
