US Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist (4 positions)
Base Pay + Uncap Commission Work from Home - South Africa

We are National Search Group, Inc located in Miami, Florida (USA). We are also looking to expand our remote teams in VIETNAM, INDIA, South Africa, Latin America, and the Philippines.

SALARY / COMPENSATION
$800.00 $1,200.00 / Month + Commission (estimated commission along ranges between $400.00 $1,200.00 or more)

Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist (4 positions)

This is a full-time position following EST business hours, Monday through Friday, with a half-day shift ending at 1:00 PM on Fridays.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment requirements for National Search Group Inc., including screening processes, and candidate recommendations. As a brand ambassador, you must understand, model, and represent our core value proposition while establishing trust-based partnerships with managers and identifying potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing frameworks. This role is vital for ensuring a high-performance culture and a positive, seamless experience for every new hire.

To be successful in this position, you must possess verbal excellence and linguistic clarity, specifically an exceptional command of Standard American English and a clear, neutral accent. This level of communication is essential for ensuring high-clarity engagement and professional rapport with our US-based candidates and stakeholders. Furthermore, the ideal candidate demonstrates strong cultural alignment and market insight, allowing them to navigate the nuances of the North American professional landscape effectively.

Beyond communication, you will utilize data-driven frameworks to identify candidates who align with our standards. By leveraging your cultural fluency and market expertise, you will drive candidate interest and establish the long-term trust necessary to build diverse, high-quality applicant pools. Your ability to navigate the US recruitment market effectively will be key to maintaining the high standards of excellence at National Search Group Inc.

Experience & Education:

  • 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of human resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
  • Proven ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's value proposition.
  • Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
  • Verbal Excellence: Exceptional command of Standard American English (SAE), demonstrating a clear and neutral accent to ensure seamless, high-clarity communication with US-based candidates and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and, the human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Lead research teams and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build our database /pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
  • Manage teams that Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend the final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with VP's to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

  • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours
  • Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9 am 6 pm & Fridays 9 am-1 pm EST
