Job description:
Busy full service salon & spa - taj salon & spa - in Brooklyn Park is seeking a full-time Spa Manager that holds a valid Minnesota Massage license/certification and or Advanced Practiced Esthetician to Manage a team of 4-6 service providers - estheticians and Massage Therapists and Lash experts. The role would include approx 25 hours in treatment rooms performing all massage or esthetic services we offer. 15-20 hours per week would be dedicated to management duties that include (but not limited to), spa schedules, training, coaching team members, daily responsibilities in the operation of the spa, working closely with salon managers, front desk manager and owners.
