<p>Columbus is looking for a Solution Architect, D365 Field Service(CRM/CE) to join our growing team. In this position you will collaborate with internal team members and key client stakeholders during all phases of project delivery. The Solution Architect will contribute to pre-sales activities including client/prospect meetings and project estimation, conceptual and functional designs.</p><p></p><p>Focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, this individual will play a critical technical/functional role in a variety of D365 CE projects that include:</p><ul><li><p>D365 CE Deployment Planning</p></li><li><p>D365 CE Implementations</p></li><li><p>Customization/Configuration</p></li><li><p>System Integration Design</p></li><li><p>Data Migration Planning/Design</p></li><li><p>Power Platform Development</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Members of the Columbus delivery team are detail-oriented, able to multi-task and are extremely focused on customer success. The ability to prioritize multiple demands and collaborate effectively in a remote setting is essential.</p><p></p><p>Note: This is a remote opportunity and can be located from anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Drive discovery workshops with prospects and customers to demonstrate product capabilities and gather business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Lead and participate in discovery analysis meetings with customers to understand current business processes.</p></li><li><p>Serve as advocate for adherence to standards and best practice.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with sales team and project managers to define the roadmap and milestones for each project.</p></li><li><p>On all assigned engagements the Solution Architect should own the proposed solution, work closely with all team members and remain engaged with the client.</p></li><li><p>Understand the capabilities of the delivery team and provide design guidance and support as needed.</p></li><li><p>Work with customers and internal teams on infrastructure architecture support.</p></li><li><p>Provide and/or develop detailed design specifications.</p></li><li><p>Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills; with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.</p></li><li><p>Implement and configure Dynamics CRM/CE per customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Assist in software upgrades, including importing data, configuring forms and designing dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Design and write workflows to streamline business processes.</p></li><li><p>Write process documentation, user acceptance testing scripts and user manuals.</p></li><li><p>Test software, communicate with (and sometimes manage) offshore development staff.</p></li><li><p>Train and support CRM end users.</p></li><li><p>Stay curious and lead adoption of the latest D365 features and enhancements including Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI and D365 Agentification.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>5+ years of professional experience within a consultancy environment with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CRM.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of pre-sales experience.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 5 completed full implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.</p></li><li><p>Extensive knowledge and understanding of the technical side of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation skills leading to sales process.</p></li><li><p>Experience estimating projects, writing contracts, Statements of Work and work orders.</p></li><li><p>Ability to successfully build relationships with clients at all levels within an organization.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of enterprise software systems and enterprise cloud.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and architecture patterns.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience using Dual-write is highly desired.</p></li><li><p>Willing to travel domestically up to 30%.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications</p></li><li><p>Experience with additional D365 CE modules (Customer Service, Field Service)</p></li><li><p>Experience with industry standard integration tools such as Scribe and eOne</p></li></ul><p><strong>Full Time Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Columbus offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
