Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Social Media Content Moderator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for women reentering the workforce or individuals looking for flexible work-from-home opportunities. As a content moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all user-generated content on our social media platforms complies with company policies, community guidelines, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and approve user-generated content across social media platforms.

  • Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content according to company guidelines.

  • Respond to and manage community interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Maintain records of content moderation activities and report trends or issues to the management team.

  • Collaborate with the social media and community management team to enhance platform safety and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow company content guidelines.

  • Good written communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Basic computer literacy, including using email, spreadsheets, and content management tools.

Experience

  • Preferred: 6 months – 1 year of experience in social media moderation, customer support, or online community management.

  • Freshers or candidates with a career gap are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time (15–25 hours per week).

  • Flexible scheduling available with occasional weekend shifts based on platform activity.
