Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. If you’re ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.</p><p><strong>Job overview and responsibilities</strong></p><p><br>Design, revise and manage technical manuals, company manuals or maintenance program task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of United aircraft. Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with various Tech Ops customers including, but not limited to, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering and other external customers including Boeing and Airbus to facilitate documentation updates to support an evolving operation. Manages workload in accordance with documented policies, procedures and business requirements, maintaining the highest level of compliance and safety.
