<strong>Who You’ll Work With<br><br></strong>The Senior Specialist or Program Manager, Community Impact will be on Slalom’s Sustainability & Impact Team, reporting to the Senior Director for Sustainability & Impact. The role is responsible for enabling, scaling, and sustaining Slalom’s Employee Communities by providing strategic guidance, operational support, and connective leadership. This role ensures Employee Communities are well-run, inclusive, and aligned to Slalom’s values and business priorities—while creating spaces for connection, learning, and belonging across the firm.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><strong>Build and Foster Slalom’s Community Empowerment and Impact Programs<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage the operations, information sharing, and initiatives of the eleven Slalom Employee Communities. </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact and advisor for Employee Community leads and co‑leads and provide guidance on roles, responsibilities, governance, and best practices for running effective communities. </li><li>Host and facilitate regularly cadenced leadership and community meetings to share updates, learnings, and alignment. </li><li>Own and manage internal sites and tools directing all internal team members to the most up to date policies, procedures and toolkits that enables efficient and effective engagement (pro bono, volunteerism, donations, and employee engagement activities). </li><li>Partner with community leads to translate insights into annual plans, priorities, and initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for employees, the business, and external communities. </li><li>Support the creation of a global partnership strategy that empowers Slalom offices to do more community impact work that aligns to the global impact vision. </li><li>Partner to create meaningful global programming for celebration and heritage moments across Slalom with legal, business leaders, internal and external communications, and Slalom Employee Community Leaders. </li><li>Create authentic and trusting relationships within Slalom and with our partners outside of Slalom. </li><li>Provide input on the creation and execution of change management and roll-out plans for new initiatives globally. </li><li>Coordinate with other Global People Teams and operations partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events. </li><li>Monitor and track key impact metrics and develop tools for all markets including databases, dashboards, start-up guides, and partner repositories. Contribute to and promote an insights driven culture. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Tell Slalom’s Impact Story<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to elevate and track impact stories happening across the business to inform our annual Impact Report. </li><li>Create mechanisms for employee participation, storytelling, and shared learning across regions and identities. </li><li>Collaborate on the preparation of Slalom’s public disclosures including CDP, Ecovadis, and GRI, as well as industry or client specific disclosures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Enable Slalom’s Business <br><br></strong><ul><li>Support client teams in their response to requests for proposals or client onboarding requests. </li><li>Collaborate on community and people impact compliance strategy for existing and emerging markets. Research new requirements as they go into effect. </li><li>Track client requirements, disclosures and mandates to enable our business and maintain good standing with our clients. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><strong>Senior Specialist <br><br></strong>3+ years of experience in a corporate responsibility, sustainability, or social impact role<br><br>Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills<br><br>Data fluency (Excel, Power BI) with an insights-driven mindset<br><br>Curiosity and adaptability, with an AI-forward and problem-solving mindset<br><br>Ability to design and scale employee engagement and belonging initiatives<br><br>Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences<br><br>Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to support inclusive, people-centered initiatives<br><br><strong>Program Manager <br><br></strong>5+ years of experience in a corporate responsibility, sustainability or social impact role<br><br>Proven ability to own and scale programs or portfolios, driving strategy through execution<br><br>Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with experience advising senior leaders and influencing without authority<br><br>Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions or business units<br><br>Advanced data fluency, with ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable outcomes<br><br>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior audiences<br><br>High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and sensitive topics with confidence<br><br>Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to operate independently<br><br><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Senior Specialist level is $67,000 to $$90,000 and the targeted base salary pay range for the Program Manager is $86,000 to $105,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
