<p><b>Sales - Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) </b></p><p>We, EOS - global technology and market leader for industrial Additive Manufacturing, are looking for you to support our <b>Sales and Key Account Management team</b> in <b>EOS India</b>, <b>based in Bangalore</b><b>.</b> This is a role only for seasoned sales professionals, with extensive network in the manufacturing industry.</p><p>At EOS, we're more than just a team; we're a community united by technology, where every action is a step towards meaningful change, and our independence is the cornerstone of our mission to transition towards responsible additive manufacturing</p><p><b>Your Mission</b></p><ul><li>Mission: To drive the EOS India’s revenue growth by developing sales strategies, and executing it while nurturing/managing key client relationships</li><li>Responsibility: Complete responsibility for the sales, active key account management & business development for EOS Tech and Solutions - including but not limited to EOS Additive Manufacturing System, materials and service contracts etc.</li><li>Revenue Management: develop reliable sales forecasts, drive go-to-market, monitor progress consistently to reach the committed revenue targets</li><li>Client relationship management: SPOC for key customers, build and maintain long-term relationships</li><li>Market and Focus Industry analysis: analyze & maintain a best-in-class overview and understanding of the additive manufacturing market. Maintain clear alignment with EOS’ focus industry strategy</li><li>Drive lead management and Application driven business development with the support of applied engineering teams at EOS APAC</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Talents</b></p><ul><li>Accountability: accurate & realistic forecasting, taking ownership of the committed targets and delivering consistently</li><li>Soft skills: strong communication skills and confident, client-oriented manners with both internal teams and customers</li><li>Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead topics & individuals towards closing opportunities, while dealing with the executive/leadership level at client’s side. Excellent negotiation & presentation skills are a must</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s or above in Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong acumen for tech, and ability to map it to client’s needs</li><li>Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in senior sales role, preferably in the (Additive) Manufacturing Industry</li><li>Organizational finesse: Project Management skills to methodically manage large customer base, opportunity management, escalation situations, communication management with technical teams in EOS HQ, Germany</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English language skills (essential). Willingness and ability to travel nationally & internationally for business purposes.
