Join us!</span></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Netomi is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to work directly with the CTO and partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and other cross-functional teams to drive execution across the company’s most strategic technical initiatives.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of technology, execution, and business priorities. You will help bring structure and clarity to complex cross-functional programs, ensuring the right work is prioritized, resources are aligned effectively, technical dependencies are surfaced early, and teams remain coordinated from planning through delivery.</p> <p>This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical fluency, excellent program management discipline, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><div> <ul> <li>Partner with the CTO, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and cross-functional teams to drive execution across strategic technical initiatives</li> <li>Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning product engineering, platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, data science, and customer-facing technical workstreams</li> <li>Drive technical prioritization by helping teams align on business impact, engineering effort, dependencies, risk, and capacity</li> <li>Support resource planning and capacity management across teams to ensure focus remains on the highest-impact initiatives</li> <li>Build and manage integrated program plans across multiple technical teams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and owners</li> <li>Identify and proactively manage cross-team blockers, execution gaps, and delivery risks</li> <li>Establish and improve operating cadences for planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, and status reporting</li> <li>Create clear visibility for stakeholders into roadmap progress, resource constraints, technical tradeoffs, and delivery confidence</li> <li>Partner with Engineering and Data Science to improve execution quality, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration</li> <li>Prepare concise, executive-ready updates and recommendations to support decision-making at the leadership level</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Requirements</b><div> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, engineering operations, or a related role in a technology company</li> <li>Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product, and Data Science / ML teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release planning, technical dependencies, and execution risk management</li> <li>Experience driving prioritization, roadmap coordination, resource planning, and delivery tracking across multiple teams</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and influence decisions without direct authority</li> <li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with executive stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, highly collaborative environments</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Nice to Have</b><div> <ul> <li>Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, platform, or data-heavy product companies</li> <li>Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, automation platforms, or applied AI products</li> <li>Experience supporting CTO-level or senior technical stakeholders</li> <li>Background working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <p>Netomi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
