The PMM owns product launches, sales enablement, case studies, and content, with AI tools handling first-draft production so they can focus on strategy, relationships, and quality.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are a lean marketing team with broad ownership and high expectations. Everyone wears multiple hats, and we have gotten a lot done with limited resources. This role is a direct investment in our ability to keep up with product growth, get more out of our AI-powered workflows, and stop letting good product stories go untold because no one has the resources to tell them.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Within 3 months, you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get up to speed on Clutch's products, buyers, and competitive landscape, and produce your first round of sales enablement materials</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Audit existing pitch decks, battlecards, and one-pagers, and deliver an updated, organized library that reps can actually use</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Shadow deal cycles and sales calls to understand how buyers think and where current messaging falls short</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship content in support of at least one active product or feature launch</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Within 6 months, you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end execution of a major product launch, from internal brief to external content to sales readiness</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have at least one customer case study in the market with measurable outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish a repeatable process for competitive intelligence updates that keeps battlecards current without heroic effort</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be the go-to resource for Sales when they need positioning help or deal support</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Within 9 months, you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a full sales enablement library in place across Clutch's core products, maintained and actively used by reps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the product marketing calendar and drive launch planning proactively rather than reactively</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have multiple customer proof points in the market and a pipeline of future case study candidates in progress</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be operating at full strategic capacity, bringing market and buyer insights back to Product to influence roadmap priorities</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to produce marketing assets at volume, including decks, case studies, email sequences, battlecards, and web copy.
