<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Hertz is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Pricing Strategy to lead the development and optimization of pricing for our digital add-ons. This role is responsible for designing and implementing dynamic pricing models, improving attach rates, and delivering pricing innovations that balance customer value with business impact.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, pricing strategy, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to partner closely with engineering, finance, and data science teams to launch and scale pricing capabilities. This is a high-impact role focused on driving EBITDA growth and elevating the customer experience.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Develop and own the pricing strategy for digital add-ons across Hertz’s digital and counter channels.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Build and launch dynamic pricing models, experimentation frameworks, and pricing features in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Conduct pricing A/B tests to understand customer behavior, elasticity, and optimal price points.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Identify and introduce pricing innovations. Collaborate closely with Finance to evaluate pricing impacts on revenue, margin, attach rate, and EBITDA.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver new pricing capabilities and ensure alignment across teams.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Monitor performance and provide insights through dashboards, KPIs, and regular reporting.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Deep dive into pricing trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior to inform continuous improvements.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Advocate for customer value while delivering strong business outcomes.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">5 to 7 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Experience building or managing dynamic pricing systems, pricing experiments, or monetization features in consumer-facing digital businesses</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into pricing decisions and product features</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Strong communication skills.
