Headquarters: Remote US

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

The Digital Wallets & Agentic Commerce team is advancing this mission by partnering with industry leaders to build the BNPL infrastructure that will define commerce over the next decade. We’ll help customers discover, choose, and pay using Affirm inside Wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as within future agentic experiences.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own high-impact product areas across our portfolio of Wallet, PSP, merchant, and agent integrations. This person will be a hands-on product leader who designs delightful experiences, partners with external platforms and merchants, and ships end-to-end. This is a role for someone who can move quickly from insight to experiment to measurable impact while thinking deeply about product design, engineering, and long-term platform strategy.

This is not just an optimization role; it’s a mix of 0→1 and 1→N work. You’ll ship novel experiences that demonstrate what next generation commerce can be and then scale the highest-impact ideas across partners and channels.

What you’ll do

  • Translate Affirm’s mission into a clear product roadmap for a wallet/agentic product area

  • Ship experiments, many of which are in ambiguous areas (agentic checkout, BNPL in physical stores, etc.), and scale winners

  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Risk, Legal, and merchant/platform partners

  • Define and own KPIs (GMV, approval rate, conversion, LTV, customer trust metrics)

What we look for

  • 4+ years PM experience shipping consumer/mobile/commerce products

  • Hands-on with payments, wallets (Apple/Google Pay), or merchant/platform integrations

  • 0->1 Builder Mentality: You aren’t just an optimizer; you have a history of launching new products or features from scratch that fundamentally changed user behavior

  • Technical & Design Fluency: You can speak the language of engineering (API constraints, latency) and have an incredibly high bar for UI/UX design. You know what "butter smooth" feels like and won't settle for clunky interactions

  • Commercially minded with a high-agency, bias-to-action mindset and comfort making hard tradeoffs in ambiguous environments

  • Strong quantitative and analytical orientation—comfortable using data to drive decisions, and translating complexity into clear narratives

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experience.
