This role owns <strong>provider relationships, team performance, and market-level outcomes</strong>, ensuring national standards are delivered effectively while adapting execution to local market dynamics.</p> <p>This role owns <strong>results in-region</strong> and serves as the primary escalation point for market-specific provider needs.</p> <p><strong>As Senior Manager of Operations you will: </strong></p> <p><strong>Execute Provider Success Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals.</li> <li>Own regional outcomes, including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.</li> <li>Drive increased adoption and sustained use of Counterpart Assistant across assigned markets.</li> <li>Apply national playbooks and workflows while tailoring execution to local provider and market needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lead Regional Teams and Provider Relationships</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop regional provider success teams, including Regional Directors of Operations and Account Managers.</li> <li>Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key provider partners.</li> <li>Coach teams to define account-level tactics, prioritize daily work, and deliver against regional goals.</li> <li>Own regional staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Drive Market Execution & Feedback</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify workflow, implementation, and operational barriers unique to individual practices or markets.</li> <li>Develop and execute local tactics to remove blockers and improve provider experience.</li> <li>Monitor regional performance trends, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Escalate systemic issues and insights to national leadership for enterprise-level resolution.</li> <li>Partner with regional Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders to ensure coordinated execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success in this role looks like: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong provider relationships and measurable improvements in provider satisfaction across the region.</li> <li>Consistent execution of national provider success standards with effective local adaptation.</li> <li>Increased adoption and value realization of Counterpart Assistant in regional markets.</li> <li>High-performing, well-coached regional teams with clear priorities and accountability.</li> <li>Timely identification and resolution of market-specific barriers impacting provider success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You should get in touch if: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or value-based care programs.</li> <li>4+ years experience in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or other risk-bearing health plan models.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience defining and guiding account-level strategy for provider-facing or field-based teams.</li> <li>Strong experience in operational design, process improvement, and change management.</li> <li>Proven experience leading and influencing both direct and indirect teams.</li> <li>Experience working with and influencing Primary Care providers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting multi-state provider operations.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills to guide market-level decisions.</li> <li>Experience partnering with technology or product teams on tools supporting field execution.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Benefits Overview</strong>: </p> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Well-Being</strong>: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities.
