This role plays a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of systems, applications, and infrastructure while driving innovation and operational efficiency. This position also requires strong leadership capabilities to mentor team members, foster collaboration, and support the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise, a passion for automation, and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional development.</li><li> Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.</li><li> Configure and customize Salesforce environments, including workflows, security models, roles, profiles, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards.</li><li> Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Git for version control.</li><li> Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, performing root cause analysis and ensuring long-term stability and performance.</li><li> Apply best practices for data management, security, scalability, and reliability across systems and integrations.</li><li> Participate in cross-functional projects, including code reviews, technical collaboration, and solution design to support business and technology initiatives.</li><li> Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, engineering designs, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.</li><li> Track KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement through analytics and monitoring tools.</li><li> Align technical solutions with business goals, manage priorities and deliverables, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.</li><li> Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve<br><br></li></ul>Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
