<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day project work and supporting the Manager and Director with enhancing and growing the Infrastructure and Real Estate Advisory business in Qatar.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong></p><p>• Support the Manager and other management & leadership team with business development activities including Proposal development, business case development.</p><p><br></p><p>• Support the Manager with key project activities and deliverables including developing robust Financial Analysis models, developing Reports, Information Memorandums, Pitch reports, etc., assessing Client requirements and proactively researching options and coming up with potential solutions, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>• Developing high-quality deliverables and continuously striving to enhance through proactively seeking feedback</p><p><br></p><p>• Supporting the Manager and other management & leadership team with Project Budgeting, estimating the time and effort for the Projects, Cash-flow management and managing the recovery of the Projects under execution</p><p><br></p><p>• Conducting Market Assessment and Financial Feasibility Analysis projects across key Real Estate assets 2 classes including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>• Supporting Manager with day-to-day Project activities for Feasibility Studies, H&BU, Debt Restructuring and Business Plan projects for various asset classes, projects such as large-scale integrated developments, entertainment concepts and projects, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>• Development of Thought Leadership and Market Insights reports</p><p><br></p><p>• Research on potential options for Thought Leadership/ Whitepaper articles on Infrastructure, Real Estate, which can be publicly distributed to enhance KPMG’s stature as a market leader in Infrastructure and Real Estate Advisory</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification and Experience:</strong></p><p>• Post-graduate in Management / MBA will be preferred</p><p><br></p><p>• Min 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/techno-financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, transaction advisory and similar work</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong PowerPoint skills</p><p><br></p><p>• Data visualization skills</p><p><br></p><p>• Good to have IFRS knowledge & experience</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail and conciseness</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data and ability to create and review complex financial models and conduct valuations</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask and work in rapidly changing environments.</p>
