The Senior Clinical Business Development Executive – National Accounts develops and expands the most strategic Covista's partnerships with the leading healthcare, education, and government organizations in the U.S. This role collaborates with nursing, medical, and other C-suite and senior executives at the partner organizations to identify and implement win-win solutions. The Senior Clinical Business Development Executive – National Accounts is part of a team of high performing sales and business development professionals reporting to the Director- Account Management and Business Development leader. <br> <br> Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and expand Covista’s most strategic, national partnerships with leading healthcare, education, and government organizations in the U.S. – leading to significant growth.</li></ul><ul><li>Establish and strengthen senior relationships at headquarter and other levels with C-suite and other senior leaders of our most important partners (e.g., CNO, CMO, CHRO).</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and execute on partner employee education and development partnerships and strategic opportunities broadening our business.</li></ul><ul><li>Discover new product and solution needs amongst our partners. Share insights with other relevant functions of Covista -- be the voice of our partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant Covista solutions as well as healthcare, education, customer and competitor trends and developments.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead business development presentations and regular partnership reviews (e.g., quarterly) with customer executives and internal senior stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate effectively across all functions (e.g., marketing, product).</li></ul><ul><li>Closely coordinate with the Covista team of workforce solution consultant and others relevant to the partnership to enable local activities and execution of events – taking on informal leadership roles.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent Covista at trade shows and conferences as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for significant overall growth of annual revenues from induvial partners across the Covista portfolio and the different organizational levels of the partner (e.g., national and local).</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><ul><li>Complies with all policies and standards</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree required. </li><li>10+ years of successful track record and increasing revenue responsibility in business-to-business sales and business development with large, national strategic partners and customers required.</li><li>Experience creating and expanding highly impactful C-level and senior partnership relationships required. </li><li>Experience as a provider in hospital systems required. </li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as strong executive presence and credibility.</li><li>Excellent C-suite level relationship building skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly build trust and motivate others, impactful leadership skills, informal leadership roles.</li><li>Proven success in matrix organizations. Strong team player and focused on collaboration.</li><li>Highly motivated, self-driven, results-oriented.</li><li>Strategic perspective and outstanding business acumen, innovative and adaptable.</li><li>Up to 50% travel required.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><em>In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100172.00 and $181034.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
