<li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally</span></span></li>
