From online doctor visits and prescriptions to lab referrals and rapid medication delivery, DrHouse is building a healthcare experience designed for modern consumers.<br>We are now looking for a Senior Affiliate Partnership Manager to help scale one of our most important growth channels.<br>This is not a passive partnership management role.<br>We want someone who understands performance marketing deeply, knows how to build and scale affiliate relationships in the US market, and can turn partnerships into a meaningful acquisition and revenue engine.<br>You’ll work directly with leadership, move fast, and have significant ownership over strategy, execution, and growth.<br>What You’ll Own<br></p> <ul><li>Lead and scale DrHouse’s affiliate and partnership growth efforts</li><li>Recruit, negotiate, and grow high-performing affiliate partnerships across the US market</li><li>Build relationships with publishers, media buyers, creators, comparison platforms, content sites, and performance partners</li><li>Develop scalable commission structures and partnership models focused on long-term ROI</li><li>Identify new acquisition opportunities and scalable growth channels</li><li>Manage attribution, partner quality, fraud prevention, payouts, and tracking accuracy</li><li>Analyze partner performance, CAC, LTV, retention, and overall channel profitability</li><li>Continuously optimize campaigns, funnels, offers, and conversion performance</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, and compliance teams</li><li>Report directly to leadership on performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities</li></ul> <p>What We’re Looking For<br></p> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing in a senior or lead role</li><li>Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue in the US market</li><li>Strong understanding of performance acquisition, attribution, and partner economics</li><li>Experience managing high-volume affiliate programs and strategic partnerships</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience working with CAC, ROI, LTV, and attribution models</li><li>Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience in healthtech, DTC, SaaS, fintech, subscription, or other high-growth consumer businesses is strongly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with FTC/FDA advertising compliance is a major plus</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment</li></ul> <p>Why Join DrHouse<br></p> <ul><li>Work on a product solving real-world healthcare access problems</li><li>High ownership role with direct impact on company growth</li><li>Direct collaboration with founders and leadership</li><li>Fast-moving environment with minimal bureaucracy</li><li>Opportunity to build and scale a major acquisition channel</li><li>Fully remote and flexible work environment</li><li>Competitive contractor compensation with long-term upside potential</li></ul> <p>We are looking for someone who has already operated at scale and wants the freedom and ownership to build something significantly bigger.</p>
