In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple areas, including expenses, cash, and international entities bookkeeping. </p> <p>Your responsibilities will include month-end close activities, account reconciliations, international entities accounting, financial analysis. You will also support process improvements, collaborate with external auditors (Big 4), and help drive operational efficiencies.</p> <p>This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting while working closely with the broader finance and accounting team. Our team is collaborative, fast-moving, and committed to your professional development.</p> <p>If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, remote-first environment<strong>,</strong> this role is for you!</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><em>Month-End Close</em></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and post journal entries, maintain account reconciliations, and prepare and contribute to the month-end close package</li> <li>Conduct variance analysis and clearly communicate trends and discrepancies to senior team members</li> </ul> <p><em>International Entities</em></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end close for international subsidiaries, ensuring all accounts are fully reconciled</li> <li>Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and related balance sheet reconciliations</li> <li>Support statutory compliance requirements across jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors</li> </ul> <p><em>Accruals</em></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and maintain accrual journal entries for US entity at month </li> <li>Partner with FP&A and business owners to validate estimates, explain variances, and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis</li> </ul> <p><em>Cash</em></p> <ul> <li>Reconcile cash accounts, including third-party payment processors, on a monthly basis</li> <li>Investigate and resolve reconciling items, escalating systemic issues to process owners</li> </ul> <p><em>Audit & Process Improvement</em></p> <ul> <li>Support the annual audit by preparing and organizing PBC documentation for external auditors (Big 4)</li> <li>Identify and drive accounting process improvements with a focus on scalability and efficiency</li> <li>Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p><em>Required</em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field</li> <li>2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment</li> <li>High attention to accuracy, detail, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis</li> <li>Excellent communication skills — comfortable working cross-functionally at all levels</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment</li> </ul> <p><em>Preferred</em></p> <ul> <li>CPA certification or active candidacy</li> <li>Big 4 or public accounting experience</li> <li>Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign subsidiary bookkeeping</li> <li>Proficiency in NetSuite</li> <li>Spanish language proficiency</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable.
