This role is responsible for supporting the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations and analysis, and assisting with financial reporting and audit support.</span></div><div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"> </div><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and post journal entries to support monthly close activities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform monthly reconciliations and analysis for complex balance sheet accounts</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review general ledger activity and research material variances</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze reserve accounts and trends to ensure appropriate financial reserves are maintained</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify accounting risks, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review standard accruals and recommend adjustments based on trends and business activity</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Month-End Close & Financial Reporting</strong></span></div><ul data-spread="false"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the monthly and annual close process, including tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with preparation and distribution of financial reporting packages</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses for management and operational teams</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure financial data is accurate and compliant with GAAP</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Audit & Compliance</strong></span></div><ul data-spread="false"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in special projects and cross-functional finance initiatives as needed</span></li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li data-section-id="ybfc6f" data-start="2128" data-end="2239"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of corporate/general ledger accounting experience with responsibility for month-end close activities</span></li><li data-section-id="h09i3v" data-start="2240" data-end="2399"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting and owning components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis</span></li><li data-section-id="1wp44ns" data-start="2400" data-end="2464"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles</span></li><li data-section-id="1nvsjrt" data-start="2465" data-end="2595"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience preparing complex journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and financial reporting schedules</span></li><li data-section-id="o8fede" data-start="2596" data-end="2699"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions</span></li><li data-section-id="7gxz27" data-start="2700" data-end="2753"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working within ERP or accounting systems</span></li><li data-section-id="1n9e5te" data-start="2754" data-end="2840"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
