You'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every lead, workflow, and dashboard is working the way it should.<br><br>If you're systems-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive about solving problems before they surface — this role is for you.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br>Strategic Partnership & Sales Enablement</strong><ul><li>Provide backend infrastructure for the Lead Generation team — build assignment logic, validation rules, and automated workflows to ensure leads are processed and routed within 24 hours.</li><li>Administer and integrate the sales tech stack including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring clean data flow into Salesforce.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to translate commercial requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations (e.g., MEDDPICC tracking, custom object architecture).</li></ul><strong>Declarative Development & Automation</strong><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and internal notifications.</li><li>Manage custom objects, page layouts, record types, and formula fields across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.</li><li>Oversee the full deployment cycle from Sandbox to Production — all changes documented and tested.</li><li>Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to modern, high-performing Flows.</li></ul><strong>Data Integrity & Global Reporting</strong><ul><li>Build deduplication rules and data-cleansing schedules to maintain under 2% duplicate records.</li><li>Develop dashboards tracking global pipeline health, trade show ROI, and speed-to-lead KPIs across US and EMEA regions.</li><li>Ensure platform compliance with industry standards (FDA, GxP, GDPR) and maintain a rigorous security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.</li></ul><strong>About You</strong><ul><li>Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor</li><li>3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a B2B environment</li><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — required</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow; able to design and build complex automations independently</li><li>Expert-level skills in Data Loader, Excel, and deduplication tools</li><li>Experience configuring integrations with ERPs and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo</li><li>Strong written English communication skills</li><li>Owns a reliable laptop/computer with stable, high-speed internet</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment</li></ul><strong>Bonus Points For</strong><ul><li>Background in manufacturing or life sciences industries</li><li>Experience supporting a remote, global sales team across multiple time zones</li><li>Familiarity with CPQ or Marketing Cloud account administration</li><li>Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator</li><li>Additional Salesforce certifications beyond ADM-201</li></ul>
