If you're a relationship-driven, data-savvy sales professional with a passion for natural and specialty food, this is your opportunity to represent one of the most beloved artisanal oil brands in North America.   What You'll Do Account Management & Growth • Own and grow topline sales across Western U.S. retail accounts • Lead broker relationships and directly manage key customer accounts • Develop annual customer business plans with goals tied to merchandising, pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and product launches Strategic Partnerships • Educate and empower brokers and customers with brand knowledge • Build authentic partnerships that drive long-term brand success Data-Driven Sales Strategy • Analyze SPINS/Nielsen data to evaluate performance and optimize promotions • Adjust plans based on pre/post promo analysis Budget & Profitability • Manage regional P&L to hit revenue and margin targets Sustainability-Driven Sales Every decision you make at La Tourangelle should reflect our commitment to People, Planet, and Profit—our guiding principles for environmental stewardship, social equity, and sustainable growth.   What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years in CPG sales (natural/organic/specialty preferred) • 3+ years of broker management experience • Familiarity with Western Grocery Channel (Natural & Conventional Retailers) • Experience working with SPINS and Nielsen data • Proven success in HQ-level buyer relationships with top national accounts • Strong presentation, negotiation, and financial analysis skills • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills About Us La Tourangelle is a family-owned producer of artisan oils and salad dressings, inspired by the French Loire Valley.
