This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of "The Brain" (Hubspot) and ensuring that all potential customers receive professional, timely communication throughout the sales funnel.<br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Lead Management & Proposal Support</b><br></p> <p>·        <b>Renewable Lead Management: </b>Receive and manage leads from Evergreen's lead platforms, ensuring all details are correctly inputted into Hubspot to maximise every opportunity.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Proposals: </b>Create proposals using OpenSolar ready for designing by Sales lead<br></p> <p>·        <b>Quality & Submission: </b>Review all proposals for accuracy and ensure they are submitted to leads within agreed timeframes.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Pipeline Flow: </b>Proactively follow up with customers multiple times after a proposal has been sent to maintain sales momentum.<br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Operations Handover</b><br></p> <p>·        <b>System Transfer: </b>Review accepted proposals and facilitate the handover to the Operations team for delivery.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Workflow Execution: </b>Execute the synchronisation of data across platforms: OpenSolar Quote → Simpro Quote → Simpro Job.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Data Integrity: </b>Ensure all site requirements, client notes, and signed contracts are accurately reflected in Simpro before a job is scheduled.<br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Administration & Coordination</b><br></p> <p>·        <b>General Sales Support: </b>Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Process Compliance: </b>Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with Evergreen’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) documented in Scribe.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Stakeholder Liaison: </b>Liaise with Evergreen's marketing and senior management to provide updates on lead conversions and partnership opportunities.<br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Client & Lead Communication</b><br></p> <p>·        <b>Omnichannel Communication: </b>Utilise Podium to communicate with leads via SMS and webchat for proposal follow-ups and general enquiries.<br></p> <p>·        <b>Professional Rapport: </b>Demonstrate high-level interpersonal communication skills to build professional rapport with both internal teams and external customers.<br></p> <p><b> </b><br></p> <p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b><br></p> <p>·        Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.<br></p> <p>·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (AUS).<br></p> <p>·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br></p> <p>·        Experience in sales support or technical administration within the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.<br></p> <br> <br>
