Entry Level Offshore Roustabouts - Houston, TX

Enterprise Offshore Drilling is seeking Roustabouts to join their offshore team in Houston, Texas. Roustabouts perform a variety of manual labor, cargo handling, and maintenance tasks on offshore drilling rigs. This is a physically demanding role ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in challenging environments and eager to support drilling operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, a team player, and willing to take on a range of duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated ability of oral and written communications (may be substituted in lieu of formal education)
  • Ability to perform heavy work (may require exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly)
  • Willingness to perform manual labor, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow directions from Crane Operator and other supervisors

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Comfortable as a Banksman using standard hand signals to direct the crane operator in lifting and hoisting operations
  • Familiarity with Permit to Work System, Job Safe Analysis (JSA), and honoring Stop Work Authority
