  • *Key Responsibilities: Functional Leadership & Solution Design
Own functional design and delivery of SAP TPM / GTM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Lead end-to-end TPM business processes including

Promotion planning and budgeting

Accruals and financial postings

Claims, deductions, and settlement

Trade analytics and reporting.

Drive fit-to-standard and scalable TPM designs across SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes.

  • *Delivery & Governance**
Lead TPM functional workstreams across design, build, test, cutover, and go-live phases.

Support and enforce project governance, quality gates, and milestone acceptance criteria in alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks.

Partner with project and engagement leadership on risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.

  • *Stakeholder & Business Partnership**
Act as the primary functional interface between business, IT, and system integrators.

Facilitate business workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.

Provide functional leadership during stabilization phases, including resolution of P1/P2 issues and systemic TPM process gaps.

  • *Team Leadership & Mentoring**
Lead and mentor functional consultants and senior consultants, providing functional guidance and quality oversight.

Review functional designs, configurations, and deliverables for completeness and accuracy.

Coordinate closely with technical leads, BW, and ABAP teams to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions.

  • *Required Qualifications**

Functional & Technical Expertise

Deep hands-on experience with SAP TPM / GTM.

Strong understanding of integration with

SAP S/4HANA or ECC

FI/CO, SD, BRIM, FICA, OTC, and related finance processes.

Experience supporting TPM reporting and analytics in collaboration with BW teams.

  • *Delivery & Leadership Experience**
Proven experience leading large SAP TPM workstreams within global, multi-vendor programs.

Experience with stabilization, remediation, and enhancement of existing SAP TPM solutions.

Strong command of Waterfall and Agile / hybrid delivery models.

  • *Communication & Leadership**
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate complex TPM functionality into clear business outcomes.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
