Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Tempe Arizona, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada, or Denver, Colorado. Applications from outside these areas will not be considered at this time. Pay Range $16.40–$17.99 per hour We’re looking for motivated, positive, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you’ll connect with current and past donors, schedule lifesaving blood donation appointments, and help make a real difference in your community every single day. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required) Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls) Build rapport and provide excellent customer service Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes Ability to confidently overcome objections, think on your feet, and use persuasive communication techniques to encourage donors to commit to scheduling an appointment Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics Ability to stay resilient and professional when facing rejection Strong multitasking and computer skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Experience Customer service experience Call center experience Appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach experience Training Schedule Paid Training – 100% attendance required Monday–Friday 900 AM–530 PM Arizona Time Four weeks Post-Training Schedules You will be assigned one of the following schedules Tuesday–Saturday | 1030 AM–700 PM Sunday–Thursday | 1030 AM–700 PM You will earn an additional 8% on top of your base pay for hours falling on Saturday or Sunday.
