XTIVIA, Inc. is an innovative B2B technology enterprise solutions company seeking a Monday.com Consultant to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of monday.com solutions for clients across various industries, while developing your technical and consulting skills.


Responsibilities

  • Configure monday.com workspaces, boards, views, permissions, automations, and integrations based on project requirements
  • Assist with implementation activities and help bring solution designs to life within the monday.com platform
  • Prepare, clean, organize, and validate client data for migration into monday.com
  • Perform data imports and verify information is accurate, complete, and properly structured
  • Test workflows, automations, formulas, and integrations to ensure solutions function as intended
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with senior consultants to identify and resolve challenges
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, configuration notes, and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to reusable templates, knowledge resources, and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice
  • Stay current on new monday.com features, automation capabilities, certifications, and best practices

Skills

  • Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience configuring workflows, managing projects, building boards, or organizing data within monday.com
  • Familiarity with monday.com workspaces, board structures, views, permissions, automations, and standard integrations
  • Experience supporting SaaS implementations or business application deployments
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications, including data cleanup, manipulation, validation, and organization
  • Experience preparing, formatting, and validating data for migrations or system imports
  • Understanding of basic relational data concepts and data integrity best practices
  • Experience creating documentation, including standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and similar process documentation
  • Prior experience in a consulting, professional services, technical support, operations, or business systems environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach technical challenges with curiosity and persistence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience in a technical support, operations, or business systems role
  • Existing monday.com certifications, such as Core, Product Specialist, or Workflow Designer
  • Willingness to pursue additional monday.com certifications and professional development opportunities
