Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR support to small businesses across the US, primarily via email, and assist the HR Account Manager assigned to those accounts. Deliver world-class customer experiences by building strong relationships and offering clear, actionable HR solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Advise clients on HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws and business practices, staying up-to-date on the latest regulations and best practices. Resolve complex HR issues, such as employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, and policy development, with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a high level of service by meeting key performance indicators, contributing to client retention and overall growth. Educate and train clients and their employees on Bambee's products and services, ensuring they get the most out of our innovative HR solutions. What You Can Expect As a Remote HR Coordinator / HR Generalist with Bambee, you can expect a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. Our pay structure is designed to reward high-performing individuals who deliver exceptional customer experiences. Here's how it works: Earn $3.50 per HR request, with an expected completed volume of 50 cases per day, translating to around $46,000 annually at almost full-time. Your payout will be based on Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, with higher satisfaction scores leading to higher payouts: 91%+ CSAT: 120% of payout 85%-90% CSAT: 100% of payout 75%-85% CSAT: 75% of payout Below 75% CSAT: 50% of payout Flexible schedule: handle HR requests when it fits your schedule, with no minimum hours required – work whenever suits you best. Comprehensive HR support, training, and access to resources to help you succeed in your role. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote HR Coordinator / HR Generalist with Bambee, you'll need: 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR disciplines and best practices, particularly in employee relations and labor law compliance.
