Position: Remote Healthcare Administrative Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Healthcare Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our healthcare practice, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Oversee patient scheduling and ensure timely and accurate appointment confirmations

- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Manage insurance claims and billing processes

- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a chiropractic or medical practice

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Experience with managing remote teams is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours. The candidate must be available to work during regular business hours and have the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings at our office in Melville, New York.
